Peak5’s experienced agents make every effort to keep accounts in good standing from the moment we receive information on the loan. We provide behavioral score cards used to predict and prioritize agent activities on delinquent accounts. This increases efficiency and effectiveness by concentrating efforts on accounts that require the greatest attention and focus. We offer clients flexible reporting frequency and a wide variety of customizable reports.
Peak5 offers customization of programs and our services can be segmented. Our pricing is based on a contingency of collection, if we don’t collect, you owe nothing. Peak5 does not charge fees for many of the services that are charged by many of our competitors.
